With I+Pack Mobility, holidays are no longer a problem, with the "Holidays Solution" service we lend you a combustion or electric vehicle for 15 days.

Faults with your home charging point will be a thing of the past. A qualified technician will visit your home to repair any electrical or electronic faults with your charge point. We cover all repair costs (travel, labour and parts) up: to €300 per year and without any limits on the work carried out. If the charge point is not repairable for a justified cause, we will compensate you with €300 depending on the age of the contract. While we are repairing your charging point,, we will lend you a car with a combustion engine.

A mishap charging your electric vehicle need not ruin your day. In less than an hour, a taxi or vehicle for hire will pick you up and take you to your destination, to a value of up to €100 per year.

Any residential customer. It is not compulsory to have any energy supply contract with Iberdrola Clientes.

Yes, you may cancel the service at any time without any penalty, provided you have not used the Holidays Solution Service. The cancellation will be effective from the date it is notified through any of IBERDROLA's Customer service channels.

Because you will be able to enjoy additional coverage not included in the guarantee. The manufacturer's guarantee normally only covers mechanical faults, whereas with this service, you will be protected against any fault that involves the repair or replacement of the mobile cable due to theft, attempted theft or vandalism.

A grace period of thirty (30) days for the use of the services is established from the effective contract date.

No, signing up for these services does not entail a lock-in period, unless you have used the holidays solution. In such case, the lock-in period will be 12 months.

This service consists of sending a qualified technician to the customer's home to repair internal mechanical, electronic and/or electrical faults relating to a charging point. Also included is the repair or replacement of the mobile recharging cable, due to theft, attempted theft or vandalism.

There will be no annual limit to the number of repairs, but there is an annual cost limit for repairs of €300

To be eligible for a 100% discount on Iberdrola's network of competitive chargers, you must be registered on the App, with your registration email confirmed, a valid identification document and also have notified Iberdrola of the repair of the charging point through the channels intended for this purpose.

Charging is available to you with a 100% discount throughout Iberdrola's network of competitive chargers.

During the time we are repairing your residential Charging Point, we make Iberdrola's network of competitive chargers available to the customer so that they can charge their electric vehicle completely free of charge, for a maximum of 7 days.

The Charging Plan+ subscription allows the Customer to enjoy a 20% discount on every charging session carried out at Public Charging Points within the network identified as “Advantageous”. This subscription is included at no additional cost within I+Pack Mobility and will remain active as long as the Customer keeps the service in force and payments are up to date. The discount will be automatically applied to each charging session carried out via the Electric Mobility App.
