What does it include?

I+ Pack Mobility

For €12,95 a month (€15,67 a month including taxes)* you get:

I + Repair Mobility

  • If your charging point develops a fault, a specialist technician will be called out to repair it with a cover of up to €300 per year.

I + Help Mobility

  • Holidays Solution: Replacement group "C" car with electric or combustion engine for 15 calendar days per year to be used in a maximum of two periods.

  • Transfer of the Beneficiary: Transfer to the destination if your vehicle has no charge.

  • And you will also get a 20% discount on public charging for one year.

With I+Pack Mobility, holidays will no longer be a problem, with the "Holiday Solution" service we lend you a combustion or electric vehicle for 15 days.

Faults in your home charging point will no longer be a problem. A qualified technician will come to your home to repair the electrical and/or electronic faults at the charging point. We cover all repair costs (travel, labour and parts) up to €300 per year and with no intervention limits. If the charging point is not repairable for a justified reason, we will compensate you with up to €300 depending on its age. And while we are repairing the charging point, we will lend you a combustion car.

A mishap charging your electric vehicle need not ruin your day. In less than an hour, a taxi or vehicle for hire will pick you up and take you to your destination, to a value of up to €100 per year.

Any residential customer You do not need to have an energy supply contract with Iberdrola Clientes.

You can request any of these services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 900 22 45 22 or using our app.

Repairs to charging points will be made within 48 business hours.

You can cancel the service at any time with no penalty charge provided you have not used the Holidays Solution.

If you have used the Holidays Solution and want to cancel, you will be issued with a bill for the remainder of a full year of the plan.
