What is Smart Thermostat?

It is a smart thermostat that you can use to control your heating system with your mobile phone.

What does it include?

The box includes one mobile bracket, one wall bracket, one relay, one boiler adapter, one mains adapter, one mounting plate, five coloured stickers, three AAA batteries, screws/anchoring screws.

How much does the Smart thermostat cost?

What does the service cost?

Nothing, just the price of the product itself. All product services are free of charge.

From the time I buy the product, how long does it take to receive it?

Depending on the destination, delivery times vary between four and eight business days.

Is my boiler compatible with the Smart Thermostat?

The Smart Thermostat is compatible with a large number of heating systems: individual gas boilers, wood stoves, heat pumps, solenoid valves, etc. You can check the compatibility of a system at: check.netatmo.com

In the event of a power outage or interruption in the Internet service, does the Thermostat continue to operate?

If there's an interruption in Internet service, the Thermostat will continue to function just like any other non-connected thermostat; in other words it will continue to regulate the heating in accordance with the last value set before disconnection.
While the service is down you will not be able to interact remotely or modify programs or settings, but you will be able to force manual adjustments by clicking on the physical buttons of the Thermostat.
When the connection is re-established, all the functions of the Thermostat will automatically become available once again. In the event of a power failure, the heating and the thermostat will cease to operate, just like any other non-connected thermostat. However, the Thermostat is designed to start working again automatically once power is restored.
