Information on time discrimination:
Valley period: M-F from 0 am to 8 am and 24h Weekends
Off-peak period: M-F from 8 am to 10 am and from 2 pm to 6 and from 10 pm to 0 am
Peak period: M-F from 10 am to 2pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm
Prices for contracted power up to 10 kW.
The regulated cost associated with the subsidised rate funding mechanism will be added to the cost: Fixed cost per customer (marketing) of 0,024688 €/día.
The taxes applicable at all times and that will be broken down in the invoice will be: for electricity supply, the Electricity tax (5.113% or 0.5% or the minimum amount of €0.5/MWh or €1/MWh or as aplicable by law) and for gas supply, the hydrocarbon tax(€0.00234/kWh or as applicable by law). In addition, VAT is applied in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (21% or as applicable by law), in the Canary Islands IGIC (0%, 3% or 7% as applicable by law) and in Ceuta and Melilla IPSI (1% or 4% as applicable by law ). Insurance includes taxes (IPS), the Insurance Compensation Consortium surcharge and brokerage fees, which are not subject to VAT.

The Online Plan is different from the other Iberdrola plans as the contractual agreement and management of your account are 100% digital and it offers a 24-hour fixed rate. Other plans include different rate structuring, discounts or additional services.

Absolutely. Most households have a contracted power term of between 3 and 7 kW. In specific cases of higher consumption, for example, if you have a very powerful air-conditioning system or one that has to cover a lot of square metres, or a charging point for an electric vehicle, you may need more than 10 kW. In that case, these would be the prices applicable to your tariff.

Yes, electronic billing is included. It is fast, safe (with full legal validity), convenient, environmentally friendly and free of charge. This will make your business easier and help to reduce CO2 emissions.

No, neither for the Stable Plan nor for the 3 Period Plan. However, you must have it for any of the other Customised Plans. This is because we need to remotely receive your hourly consumption in order to bill you cheaper for the hours when you have a promotional price.

Yes, our Tailored Plans help you reduce your CO₂ emissions, as they provide 100% renewable energy certified with guarantees of origin. This certification is obtained through the National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC), which verifies that the electricity we supply is sustainable.
