How can I make use of these services and from when?
You can request any of the services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 900 92 33 33. I+Repair has a grace period of 30 days from the date of signing up for the services for those customers who already have a solar installation carried out by Iberdrola. And for those customers who sign up for a solar installation, the grace period (30 days) starts on the day the installation begins to produce.
Can I cancel the contract whenever I want or do I have any kind of lock-in period?
You can cancel the contract at any time, without any type of penalty, signing up for these services does not require any lock-in period for the service
Who can sign up for these services and how?
Residential customers (with Tax Id (NIF or CIF)), who have a photovoltaic installation carried out by Iberdrola (up to 15 kWp) can sign up. To sign up, you can call us on 900 92 33 33, or if you prefer, visit the nearest service point.
What does the maintenance service consist of?
A specialist technician will come to your home to check the entire installation. This check will be carried out every 2 years whenever you request it.
What kind of checks are carried out during the maintenance service visit?
A check of the installation will be carried out, which consists of checking the correct operation of the panels, checking the inverter, connection cabinet and the monitoring system, checking and reading the measurement points.
How long in advance do I have to request a maintenance service visit?
You can request a visit whenever you wish. We will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a visit within the following 15 working days.
¿How often can I request a visit from the maintenance service?
The service includes a maintenance visit every 2 years. The visit will be carried out at the customer's request.
