What do you need to benefit from the advantages of the Advanced Smart Assistant?

1. Contract

Get an electricity contract with Iberdrola Clients as a private customer, with subscribed power of less than 15 kW, and subscribe to the Advanced Smart Assistant service.

2. Get connected

Connect your electric vehicle or compatible device and allow your Assistant to manage the charging so you can enjoy all its benefits.

3. Solar Cloud

To enjoy Solar Cloud you need to have a solar installation and surplus offset activated.

Convert the energy generated and not used into savings on your bills.

Transform your self-consumption installation’s surpluses that you haven’t used into credit that’s discounted on your electricity bill.

This credit accumulates in your virtual purse in euros, which expires after 24 months, and is automatically deducted from your next electricity bill, no matter which contract you have.

Breakdown of the consumption reflected in your bill by categories and appliances.

Electrical consumption is estimated with a high degree of precision based on the real hourly consumption of your home, measured by the smart meter, and using a mathematical algorithm that combines statistical methods, user consumption curves and the home profile entered by the customer.

Always-on consumption usually accounts for between 20-25% of total household consumption and includes devices and appliances in standby mode.

Here are some tips to optimise this type of consumption and extend the life of your home's devices:

Analyse the standby consumption of devices when purchasing. Manufacturers provide this information to consumers, so we can include standby consumption in the device decision-making process.
You can use power strips with a switch, so that all devices or chargers are turned off.
You can use timers, which allow devices to disconnect at certain times when you are not going to use them, or turn on when you are about to arrive home, so you don't have to keep them on all the time, optimising consumption.
Use special power strips with a standby eliminator.

This feature allows you to automatically manage your energy solutions, optimising consumption according to your tariff while always maintaining your comfort preferences.

The linking of different devices is done from the Advanced Smart Assistant section, using the manufacturer's credentials and following the guided steps provided in the App itself.

You can also remove any linked device and, if you wish, re-link it later.

The Advanced Smart Assistant connects to the vehicle. Through the Iberdrola App, the user enters when they want their vehicle charged and at what time they need it at that battery level. The Assistant manages the charging trying to meet these preferences.

The actual consumption of this charge is automatically recorded and will have a subsidised price.

El Asistente Smart Avanzado se conecta al sistema de climatización Airzone y coordina su funcionamiento según la disponibilidad de energía renovable. En los momentos más favorables, prioriza el uso del sistema y, cuando es conveniente, reduce el consumo aprovechando la inercia térmica de la vivienda. El usuario define siempre la temperatura de confort desde la aplicación de Airzone. De forma puntual, el sistema puede realizar pequeños ajustes, hasta un máximo de ±1 °C, para acumular calor o frío y mantener el confort de manera eficiente en las horas posteriores.

El consumo real de la climatización se registra automáticamente y tendrá un precio bonificado.

Yes. At any time you can deactivate automatic management and control your devices manually from the App. But bear in mind that your consumption will not be subsidised in that case.

Puedes dar de alta tantos dispositivos compatibles como desees dentro del mismo contrato, sin embargo, el servicio está asociado a un único contrato de energía, por lo que no es posible hacer uso del servicio en varias viviendas.

You can obtain a subsidy on the management of your devices, as long as it is managed by the automatic management of the Advanced Smart Assistant.

The amount of the subsidy, the difference in cost between the non-promotional and promotional price (taxes included), will be provided as a balance in the Mi Iberdrola programme.

The subsidised price will apply only to a maximum of 60% of total energy consumption. If consumption exceeds this limit, the excess will be billed at the standard non-subsidised price.

The amount of the subsidy will be provided as a balance through the Mi Iberdrola programme. The balance in Mi Iberdrola will be updated once a month when the invoice is issued.

Mi Iberdrola is a loyalty programme through which Iberdrola offers its electricity and gas customers the possibility of accessing promotions, discounts, offers, exclusive experiences and other benefits, through the accumulation of balance in a digital wallet through various actions, such as electric vehicle charging, contracting Iberdrola products or services and seniority as an Iberdrola customer. Through this programme the customer will accumulate a balance that can be used to obtain discounts on bills, exchange it for products or services available at any given time. This balance may be redeemed within 12 months, after which unused balance will expire.

El precio promocionado de cada dispositivo es:

Pueden contratar Solar Cloud los clientes de Iberdrola Clientes que sean autoconsumidores y dispongan de una tarifa 2.0 asociada a un DNI, NIE o pasaporte. Los contratos a los que se aplique el servicio deben compartir el mismo titular.

Solar Cloud está disponible exclusivamente para clientes de Iberdrola Clientes, por lo que los contratos con Curenergía no pueden acceder al servicio. No es necesario haber realizado la instalación fotovoltaica con Iberdrola.

El precio aplicado a los excedentes será el correspondiente al plan de electricidad contratado por el cliente. Se puede acumular un ahorro máximo de 1.000 € al mes.

If you request cancellation, the service is deactivated, but the accumulated balance is maintained for 45 days. After that period, the unused amount will be deleted.

This service includes the travel of a qualified technical and 2 hours of labour for free for our customers: fridge, washing machine, electric cooker, electric oven (no microwave), extractor hood, dishwasher, tumble dryer, freezer and electric boiler. The cost of parts and labour time in addition to those covered shall be borne by the Customer.

The breakdown repair service will be available 30 days after signing up, at the end of the grace period.
