Step 1

Have your identity document ready and make sure there are no mistakes in your details. This will make it easier for us to contact you later.

Step 2

With it, we will have access to your CUPS (Universal Supply Point Code) number, which is the number of your electricity or gas supply. Like a National Id for your home.

Step 3

We will then be able to set up direct debits for your bills on this account. Don't worry, you can change them later.

Step 4

Sign the contract and... the process is completed! In 1 to 5 days, you will be enjoying our supply.

Absolutely. Most households have a contracted power term of between 3 and 7 kW. In specific cases of higher consumption, for example, if you have a very powerful air-conditioning system or one that has to cover a lot of square metres, or a charging point for an electric vehicle, you may need more than 10 kW. In that case, these would be the prices applicable to your tariff.

Yes, all our Made to Measure Plans are green. 100% renewable energy certified with Guarantee of Origin, reducing CO2 emissions and thus helping to take care of the environment. We certify the energy through the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC), which verifies that the energy supplied to customers with Made to Measure Plans is 100% renewable.

Iberdrola promises to change your set prices for 1 years, with no minimum lock-in period. Iberdrola will not apply CPI variations to your prices and will only apply increases or decreases in mandatory items, if any. We also remind you that our Made to Measure Plans are totally flexible and can be changed whenever you like, with the exception of switching a Summer Plan to a Winter Plan, or vice versa.

This Plan has pre-set time bands. Therefore, they cannot be changed: Promotional timeframe: consumption made from 01.00 to 06.59 every day of the year. Non-promotional timeframe: consumption from 07.00 to 00.59 every day of the year.

Nothing. The conditions of your contract remain unchanged and will be maintained until their end date.

The promotional hourly rate shall apply to a maximum of 60% of the energy billed per billing period. In the event that the energy consumed in the promotional hours per billing period exceeds 60%, the price of the promotional hours will be applied to 60% of the billed energy and the price of the non-promotional hours to the remaining energy. Likewise, in cases where the hourly load curve for a specific period is not received from the Distributor, the price of promotional hours will be billed at 60% of the energy and the price of non-promotional hours will be billed for the remaining energy.

Information on time discrimination:
Valley period: M-F from 0 am to 8 am and 24h Weekends
Off-peak period: M-F from 8 am to 10 am and from 2 pm to 6 and from 10 pm to 0 am
Peak period: M-F from 10 am to 2pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm
Prices for contracted power up to 10 kW.
The regulated cost associated with the subsidised rate funding mechanism will be added to the cost: Fixed cost per customer (marketing) of 0,01274243 €/día.
The taxes applicable at all times and that will be broken down in the invoice will be: for electricity supply, the Electricity tax (5.11269632% or the minimum amount of €0.5/MWh or €1/MWh or as applicable by law) and for gas supply, the hydrocarbon tax(€0.00234/kWh or as applicable by law). In addition, VAT is applied in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (21% or as applicable by law), in the Canary Islands IGIC (0%, 3% or 7% as applicable by law) and in Ceuta and Melilla IPSI (1% or 4% as applicable by law ). Insurance includes taxes (IPS), the Insurance Compensation Consortium surcharge and brokerage fees, which are not subject to VAT.
