How did we enhance the property energy efficiency?

This detached home in Cáceres, built in 1998 and with a surface area of 131 m², had an energy rating of E as it relied on a gas boiler to provide heating and domestic hot water (DHW), and had hardly any insulation in its façades and roof, resulting in significant thermal losses.

After installing Smart Insulation, an Aerothermal system and PV panels, this home reaches an A rating, cutting energy use by 72% and saving €1,442 annually.
