How did we enhance the property energy efficiency?

This detached home in Cáceres, built in 1998 and with a surface area of 131 m², had an energy rating of E as it relied on a gas boiler to provide heating and domestic hot water (DHW), and had hardly any insulation in its façades and roof, resulting in significant thermal losses.
