A los precios se añadirán los costes regulados asociados al mecanismo de financiación del bono social: Coste Precio estable por cliente (comercialización) de 0,019122 €/día.
Los impuestos aplicables en cada momento y que se desglosarán en factura serán: para el suministro de electricidad el Impuesto Eléctrico (5,113% o 0,5% o el importe mínimo de 0,5€/MWh o de 1 €/MWh, o según corresponda por ley) y para el suministro de gas el impuesto de hidrocarburos (0,00234€/kWh o según corresponda por ley). Adicionalmente, aplica el IVA en Península y Baleares (21% o 10% o según corresponda por ley), en Canarias se aplica el IGIC (0%, 3% o 7% o según corresponda por ley) y en Ceuta y Melilla el IPSI (1% o 4% o según corresponda por ley). Los seguros incluyen los impuestos (IPS), el recargo del Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros y las comisiones de mediación, que no están sujetos a IVA.

Absolutely. Most households have a contracted power term of between 3 and 7 kW. In specific cases of higher consumption, for example, if you have a very powerful air-conditioning system or one that has to cover a lot of square metres, or a charging point for an electric vehicle, you may need more than 10 kW. In that case, these would be the prices applicable to your tariff.

Yes, we promise not to change your set price for 5 years, with no minimum lock-in period. We will only charge you the CPI, regulated items and balancing services will be updated, upwards or downwards, in the event of changes. Plus, our Made to Measure Plans are flexible and you can switch to a new one whenever you want.

This plan includes a 50% discount on the energy term (TE), which will apply during the following periods:

Every weekend, from 3:00 pm on Friday until 11:59 pm on Sunday.
Continuously, 24 hours per day from 15 June to 15 September, both inclusive.
National public holidays that have been officially designated and published in the Official State Gazette (BOE).
The Christmas period, defined as the period from 24 December to 6 January, inclusive.
During the Easter holidays, from Monday to Sunday inclusive, in accordance with the official calendar for each year.

Yes, you will need this type of meter for all Made to Measure plans except the Stable Plan. This is because we need to remotely receive your hourly consumption in order to bill you correctly the period with a discount.

Yes. Our Made to Measure Plans include certified renewable energy with guarantee of origin and you will reduce your CO2 emissions. We obtain this certificate through the Spanish Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC), which validates that the electricity we supply to you is sustainable.
