The Digital Home service is a comprehensive solution that offers cybersecurity services, parental control, identity protection, technical support, device optimisation and much more to ensure the safety and comfort of your connected home.

The cybersecurity service includes a powerful antivirus for up to 5 devices, malware protection, bank card monitoring for fraud, and email monitoring to identify potential threats.

Parental controls allow you to set limits and restrictions on your children's use of mobile devices, restricting access to certain websites, setting usage schedules and allowing geolocation if necessary.

Identity protection monitors your emails for potential cyber attacks and alerts you if your personal information may be at risk, giving you peace of mind and online security.

Yes, the Digital Home service offers you the ability to back up up to 10GB of important data to the cloud, ensuring that your files are backed up in case of loss or failure of your devices.

Comprehensive technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to resolve any issues or questions related to the security and use of your devices, as well as to assist you in the configuration and use of the security tools.

Device and connectivity optimisation allows you to check and improve the performance of your devices, ensuring they work efficiently and seamlessly in your digital environment.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to register with Digital Home without an activation code. The activation code is necessary to verify your identity and ensure that only authorised persons can access Digital Home services. The activation code is sent by e-mail after you sign up for the service. It is important that you follow the instructions provided and activate your account using the activation code in order to make use of the services available. If you have not received an activation code, you can request it again by calling 900 225 235.

Signing up

Any residential customer. It is compulsory to have an electricity supply contract with Iberdrola Clientes.

You can sign up by calling us on 900 22 45 22, or if you prefer, by visiting your nearest service point.

The term of the contract will be one (1) year, automatically renewable for consecutive annual periods unless the customer communicates otherwise fifteen (15) days prior to the end of each period.

You can cancel at any time without penalties.

Assistance

Comprehensive technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to resolve any issues or questions related to the security and use of your devices, as well as to assist you in the configuration and use of the security tools.

If the incident cannot be resolved remotely, our service includes 2 home support visits from experts per year at your contract address. Our technical team will come to your home to provide the necessary support and resolve the incident.
