Register with Iberdrola in My Customer Area
If you already use the My Customer Area, enter your password and register for the Fixed Instalment by following the instructions below. If you haven't signed up yet, go to My Customer Area, enter your details in the registration form and send your request. You will receive an email with the link to your user and password.
Sign up for fixed instalments
Now you have your user name and password you can check all your contracts and switch to fixed instalments at no cost with the menu option: Request Fixed Instalment.
Enjoy your Fixed Instalment
Lastly, choose the day of the month when you would like to pay and the amount of your instalment. And that's that! You can change your instalment whenever you like, free of charge.

Our Fixed Payment method is compatible with most of our electricity and gas rates. Once activated, the energy prices you have signed up for will not change. Based on your past energy consumption, we recommend an amount to pay each month and continue sending you bills containing all information on your consumption and actual spending.
When you sign up, Iberdrola provides you with a personalised recommendation for the monthly instalment that best suits your usage. We also review your usage every 6 months so you can be sure you are paying the mot appropriate rate and adjust the balance every 12 months.
Yes. This is a free arrangement and you can cancel it at any time. You can do this in My Customer Area, the mobile app, by calling 900 11 00 11 or at our Customer Service Points.
If you have used less than expected, we will refund the difference to your account. If you have used more, we will include the difference in the 12th instalment. However, if it is a significant amount, you can choose to pay in instalments over 12 months.
Yes. We will still send you all your bills with a detailed breakdown of your actual consumption so that you always know where you stand. In any case, we will continue to keep an eye on your case and will contact you if there are major differences and you need to adjust your fixed instalment.
Yes. You can pay in Fixed Instalments for most electricity and gas rates for homes and businesses.
