Iberdrola recalculates your Fixed Monthly Plan instalment after 12 months taking into consideration your consumption over the last year. Furthermore, the differences between the bills and your payments are balanced and included in the following year's instalments. This means that if you have optimised your consumption, your instalments for the following periods will be increasingly lower.
Yes, the products and services included in your Fixed Monthly Plan can be cancelled: Payment Protection Insurance and Gas Maintenance Pack. Electronic Billing cannot be cancelled.
