Iberdrola's Always Stable Gas Plan has no lock-in clause, meaning you may cancel or change plan whenever you wish. The bills and the payments made throughout your Always Stable Gas Plan period will be balanced.
Iberdrola recalculates your Always Stable Gas Plan instalment after 12 months taking into consideration your consumption over the last year. Furthermore, the differences between the bills and your payments are balanced and included in the following year's instalments. This means that if you have optimised your consumption, your instalments for the following periods will be increasingly lower.
Yes, the products and services included in your Always Stable Gas Plan can be cancelled: Payment Protection Insurance and Gas Maintenance Pack. Electronic Billing cannot be cancelled.
