Sí, así es. La mayoría de los hogares tienen una potencia contratada de entre 3 y 7 kW. En casos específicos de mayor consumo, por ejemplo, si dispones de un sistema de climatización muy potente o que tenga que cubrir muchos metros cuadrados, o bien un punto de recarga para un vehículo eléctrico, podrías necesitar más de 10 kW. En ese caso, estos serían los precios aplicables a tu tarifa.

¿Tiene límite el descuento que puedo acumular?

Sí, el descuento máximo del que podrás beneficiarte con este plan es del 30%.

¿Mi precio será estable durante 5 años con este Plan?

Sí, nos comprometemos a mantener tu precio estable a 5 años sin compromiso de permanencia. Solo te repercutiremos en el IPC y se te actualizarán los conceptos regulados, a la alza o a la baja, en caso de haber modificaciones. Además, nuestros Planes A Tu Medida son flexibles y podrás cambiarte a un nuevo Plan cuando quieras, salvo de un Plan Verano a un Plan Invierno y viceversa.

¿Necesito un contador inteligente para contratar el Plan?

No, ni para contratar el Plan Más Ahorro ni para el Plan Estable Verde. Sin embargo, para cualquiera del resto de Planes A Tu Medida sí lo debes tener. Esto es porque necesitamos recibir en remoto tu consumo horario para facturar más baratas las horas en las que tengas un precio promocionado.

¿Tengo factura electrónica incluida con el Plan?

Sí, la factura electrónica va incluida. Es rápida, segura (con total validez legal), cómoda, ecológica y sin coste. Así, tus gestiones serán más sencillas y ayudarás a reducir emisiones de CO2.

¿Cómo puedo saber el descuento que llevo acumulado?

Podrás consultarlo cuando lo necesites en tu factura de la luz. Recuerda que el descuento se incrementará en un 5% cada 12 meses y se irá actualizando anualmente, por lo que habrás acumulado un 10% tras el primer año, un 15% tras el segundo y así sucesivamente.

Valley period: M-F from 0 am to 8 am and 24h Weekends
Off-peak period: M-F from 8 am to 10 am and from 2 pm to 6 and from 10 pm to 0 am

Prices for contracted power up to 10 kW.

The regulated cost associated with the subsidised rate funding mechanism will be added to the cost: Fixed cost per customer (marketing) of 0,024688 €/día.
The taxes applicable at all times and that will be broken down in the invoice will be: for electricity supply, the Electricity tax (5.113% or 0.5% or the minimum amount of €0.5/MWh or €1/MWh or as aplicable by law) and for gas supply, the hydrocarbon tax(€0.00234/kWh or as applicable by law).
