No, the neighbour who is connected to the Solar Community can cancel at any time at no cost. However, they will not be able to contract the solar service again until 12 months after the cancellation of the service.

All participants in the Solar Community, including the roof owner, must be under the same self-consumption modality: self-consumption with simplified surplus offsetting.

After 12 months with the product active, we will review your accumulated savings against the total instalments paid. If the savings are lower, we will refund the difference so that, in the worst-case scenario, your final cost will be zero.
