With I+Help Mobility, your holiday is no longer a problem. With our "Holiday Solution" we deliver your electric vehicle to your holiday destination or lend you a combustion vehicle for 15 days.
Faults with your home charge point will be a thing of the past. A qualified technician will visit your home to repair any electrical or electronic faults with your charge point. We cover all repair costs (travel, labour and parts) up to €300 per year and without any limits on the work carried out. If the charge point is not repairable for a justified cause, we will compensate you with €300 depending on its age. While we are repairing your charging point, we will lend you a car with a combustion engine.
Forget about your battery running down while you are travelling. We will charge your car in situ. A mishap charging your electric vehicle need not ruin your day. In less than an hour, a taxi or vehicle for hire will pick you up and take you to your destination, to a value of up to €100 per year.
What's more, you will have a 24-hour telephone helpline with all the information you need about charging points and vehicle range. For example, if you do not have much power left, we will calculate the best route for you or the nearest charging point.

You can cancel the service at any time with no penalty charge provided you have not used the Holidays Solution.
If you have used the Holidays Solution and want to cancel, you will be issued with a bill for the remainder of a full year of the plan.
