Iberdrola Stable Mode

With Stable Mode, you pay the same personalised amount every month, and you can take advantage of most of the electricity and gas plans we offer for households and businesses. When activating it, the energy prices you have already signed up for do not change.

With Stable Mode, you’ll avoid unexpected bills due to higher consumption in winter or summer, making it ideal for planning your payments. In addition, it’s a free service with no lock-in period.

We calculate your personalised monthly payment based on your usage history and the plan you’ve signed up for. Although you pay the same amount every month, we will continue to send you bills showing your actual consumption and expenditure. What’s more, every six months we review whether you’re still on the most suitable payment plan or whether it needs adjusting, and after 12 months we review all the payments you have made.

Yes, it comes at no cost and it can be cancelled at any time. Via My Customer Area, the Iberdrola Clientes app, our Customer Service helpline or at any of our Customer Service Points.

At the end of the 12 months, we compare the amount paid with your actual bills. If you’ve paid less, we won’t charge you the difference all at once; it’ll be spread out over your new monthly instalment, so you can continue to pay without any hassle or unexpected costs. If you have overpaid, we will refund the difference in one payment.

Yes, you can use Stable Mode with most electricity and gas plans for homes and businesses.
