*The compensation amount will be used by Iberdrola to create a credit in the electricity and/or natural gas supply contract to which the insurance is attached, so that you will not pay anything for your bills for the insured contract until the compensation balance has been used up.

Once you have received the compensation in the event of a claim, you will not have to pay anything for the bills of the insured electricity or gas contract until the compensation amount has been used up.
Metlife will process the claim and communicate, where appropriate, the compensation to Iberdrola so that it can be transferred to the insured electricity or gas contract.
