With the Gas Maintenance Pack you will enjoy a safer and more efficient boiler, saving up to 30% on gas consumption. With this service we carry out an annual inspection on your gas installation, boiler or heater and heating, including radiators.
In addition, in the event of any breakdown, you will enjoy a discount of up to 3 hours labour, €50 in materials and no visit charge.

Any residential customer with gas supply RL1, RL2 and RL3 and who has a boiler of less than 70kW. If the gas supply is with Iberdrola Customers, the service will be associated with said contract. If you have not contracted the gas supply with Iberdrola Customers, the service may be contracted as an independent contract.

If you already have the gas supply with Iberdrola Clientes, the service will be associated with that contract. If you have not contracted the gas supply with Iberdrola Clientes, the service may be contracted as an independent contract.

The one-year duration of the service is automatically renewed for consecutive one-year periods unless the client communicates otherwise by at least fifteen (15) days advance notice before the end of each period.

You can request the repair of a breakdown 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our app, or if you prefer, by calling 900 22 45 22.
Within 24 hours, a technician will be at your home to attend your breakdown. All repairs will have a minimum six-month warranty.

The Thermal Installations in Buildings Regulations (RITE) state that the user of an appliance is responsible for keeping the installation in suitable condition and for carrying out a check, every two years, for gas appliances up to 70 kW. These are the most common appliances in residential installations.
