Any claim received is recorded in our computer systems and the customer can request information about it by using any of the methods listed above.

IBERDROLA COMERCIALIZACIÓN DE ÚLTIMO RECURSO, S.A.U. and IBERDROLA CLIENTES, S.A.U. undertake to answer any claim within 30 calendar days from the date on which it is received at our claims centre. This response aims to inform the customer about the actions that have been taken or are going to be taken to solve the incident in question. The response does not necessarily mean that the incident has been solved, since often the necessary actions may take longer than the set response time.
