With the Electrical Emergencies Business service, your electrical installation will be covered in the event of an electrical fault. A qualified technician will visit your home to repair it. We cover all repair costs (travel, labour and parts) up to €300/year(*) for the electrical installation, without any limits on the work carried out. In addition, you will have assistance in plumbing, glazing and locksmithing emergencies, with travel and three (3) hours of labour included.

This also includes access to the repairs and renovations service with more than 25 trades available and an energy advice service through monthly reports with detailed evolution of consumption in € and kWh, consumption history and periodic personalised recommendations of possible savings in the energy supply bill and the Smart solutions that best suit your business.

Plus you will have IT assistance and legal advice available for the daily needs of your business.

(*) depending on the power of your installation

Any self-employed person, small or medium-sized company with contracted power of less than 50kW and that has an active energy contract with Iberdrola Clientes.

You can sign up for the service by calling us on 900 225 235 or, if you prefer, by visiting your nearest service point.

The term of the contract will be one (1) year, automatically renewable for consecutive annual periods unless the customer communicates otherwise fifteen (15) days prior to the end of each period.

You can request any of the services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 900 225 235.

We will deal with urgent electrical, plumbing, locksmith and glazing faults in less than 3 hours, non-urgent repairs or alterations will be dealt with in less than 48 working hours.

You can cancel at any time without penalties.
