Information on time discrimination:
Valley period: M-F from 0 am to 8 am and 24h Weekends
Off-peak period: M-F from 8 am to 10 am and from 2 pm to 6 and from 10 pm to 0 am
Peak period: M-F from 10 am to 2pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm

Prices for contracted power up to 10 kW.

The regulated cost associated with the subsidised rate funding mechanism will be added to the cost: Fixed cost per customer (marketing) of 0,019122 €/día.
The taxes applicable at all times and that will be broken down in the invoice will be: for electricity supply, the Electricity tax (5.11269632% or the minimum amount of €0.5*/MWh or €1/MWh or as applicable by law) and for gas supply, the hydrocarbon tax(€0.00234/kWh or as applicable by law). In addition, VAT is applied in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (21% or as applicable by law), in the Canary Islands IGIC (0%, 3% or 7% as applicable by law) and in Ceuta and Melilla IPSI (1% or 4% as applicable by law ). Insurance includes taxes (IPS), the Insurance Compensation Consortium surcharge and brokerage fees, which are not subject to VAT.

Power

It is the maximum amount of energy that can be consumed at a given time. Your contracted power rating determines the number of electrical appliances you can use at the same time. Calculate my power.

Price for power

This is the amount we bill you for your power:
Daily price for power x Contracted power rating x Number of days in the period.
Example: 0.125 €/(kW) x 10 (kW) x 34 (days)= €42.5
*The days included in the price calculation vary according to the number of days in the billing period.

Price for energy

The energy term is calculated according to how much electricity you use during the billing period. When you sign your contract, a meter is installed to measure how much electricity you use (in kilowatts per hour (kWh)).
Example: electricity consumed in one month: 300kWh x Hour price.
**Price without promotion: the cost of energy of non-promotional hours is billed at 0,125200€/kWh.

Kilowatt (kW)

It's the unit of measurement for power. It expresses the amount of energy needed by the devices to operate. For example, an oven consumes between 1,200 - 2,200 kW.

kWh = Kilowatt hour

Is the kW you use per hour. The energy you consume in your house, every hour. For example, a refrigerator consumes about 170 kWh per year.

Aquí encontrarás algunas de las dudas más frecuentes

Sí, nos comprometemos a mantener tu precio estable a 10 años sin compromiso de permanencia. Solo te repercutiremos en el IPC y se te actualizarán los conceptos regulados, a la alza o a la baja, en caso de haber modificaciones. Además, podrás cambiarte a un nuevo Plan cuando quieras.

Plan Supertranquilidad de Iberdrola no tiene ningún compromiso de permanencia. Esto significa que puedes cancelarlo o cambiar de plan en cualquier momento, sin penalización.

Se compensa a clientes autoconsumidores a 0,06 €/kWh (sin impuestos)

Sí, así es. La mayoría de los hogares tienen una potencia contratada de entre 3 y 7 kW. En casos específicos de mayor consumo, por ejemplo, si dispones de un sistema de climatización muy potente o que tenga que cubrir muchos metros cuadrados, o bien un punto de recarga para un vehículo eléctrico, podrías necesitar más de 10 kW. En ese caso, estos serían los precios aplicables a tu tarifa.

No, ni para contratar el Plan Supertranquilidad ni para el Plan 3 periodos. Sin embargo, para cualquier otro Plan A Tu Medida sí lo debes tener. Esto es porque necesitamos recibir en remoto tu consumo horario para facturar las horas en las que tengas un precio promocionado más baratas.

Para contratar la tarifa Plan Supertranquilidad de Iberdrola debes ser titular del contrato de suministro eléctrico, aceptar las condiciones generales y activar la factura electrónica, gratuita, segura y con validez legal. Solo necesitarás tu DNI/NIE, el CUPS (que aparece en una factura anterior) y un número de cuenta bancaria.

Sí, la factura electrónica va incluida. Es rápida, segura (con total validez legal), cómoda, ecológica y sin coste. Así, tus gestiones serán más sencillas y ayudarás a reducir emisiones de CO2.
