Is your question like these?

Your contracted power is the number of kilowatts (kW) you have in your supply, and it determines how many electrical appliances you can have on at the same time. A certain price is billed for each kW contracted and each day, regardless of whether you have consumed any electricity. And the power billed is calculated by multiplying the contracted power by the number of days in the billing period and the daily price of the power term.

CUPS is the initials in Spanish for Universal Supply Point Code; in other words, the code that identifies your home or business. It is made up of 20 or 22 numbers and letters, and it only changes if you move house. You will find it on every one of your electricity bills, in the “Billing Details” section. The first two letters represent the country, the next four digits identify the distributor and the remaining numbers identify your supply point.

Your bills may vary due to the additional use of air conditioning in summer or heating in winter. You may also have received a bill with estimated consumption. In this case, don't worry, you don't have to do anything. Once we have the actual reading, we will adjust your next bill so that you never pay too much.
