We are ready to assist you through our digital channels (Iberdrola.es and Iberdrola Customers app) and through our free customer service line (900 225 235). In the interest of customer and employee safety, we have temporarily closed all our Customer Service Points. Please remember that you can get any urgent procedures done online or by telephone, at any time of the day or night throughout the week.

We encourage you to register in the My Customer Area or download the Iberdrola Customers app which will be useful for accessing the following services at this time:

  • Check and download household gas and electricity bills

  • Change your current rate to suit your current consumption habits

  • Change your power term

  • Report faults in your home coverage included in the emergency repair service

  • Pay outstanding bills with a card or using Bizum

Emergency call-out services

For your peace of mind, we will continue to provide the emergency repair service.If you have a critical fault, please call 900 22 45 22. You can also use our Iberdrola Customers app to report the fault. We will correct it as quickly as possible.

We can advise you about the best plan to suit your new consumption habits. We want you to save on your bill when you need it most.. Furthermore, for the next 30 days, if you have signed up for the Choose 8 hours plan you can change the times whenever you like, totally free of charge.

We are making it easier for you to pay your bills. If you are having difficulties paying your electricity, gas or other energy bills, you can pay them in instalments over several months at no additional cost.

Furthermore, to protect the health of our employees and collaborators, we are taking all the safety and prevention measures recommended by the authorities.

We have provided a free telephone number staffed by specialised companies which is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our priority is to ensure that our collaborating companies implement the necessary measures to protect their staff.
