The Iberdrola SME Support service offers wide coverage for emergencies, repairs and refurbishments, legal advice and IT support, so you can spend all your time managing your business, not having to worry about breakdowns or refurbishments.

  1. Emergencies service

    The emergencies service includes:

    • Emergency assistance for electricity, plumbing, locksmith's work and glasswork, within 3 hours from the moment the call is received in the following cases:
      • Electricity: breakdown in the private installations of the customer/holder.
      • Plumbing: broken fixed water pipes in the installations of the customer/holder.
      • Glasswork: broken outside glasses, unprotected installations.
      • Locksmith's work: opening of the main door in the installations.
    • Travel expenses and the first three hours of labour free.
    • Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  2. Repair and refurbishment service

    The repair and refurbishment service includes:

    • More than 25 trades available.
    • Agreed rates for Iberdrola customers.
    • Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
    • Service warranty as regards:
      • Response times.
      • Hourly prices applied by the professional: control of prices agreed previously by Iberdrola with the multiassistance company.
      • 6 month warranty on work carried out.

  3. Legal advice service

    The legal advice service includes:

    • All-inclusive legal advice, over the phone, that includes all types of subjects and aspects of Spanish law.
    • This service provides oral legal advice regarding the matters brought up, and no written opinion is issued.
    • Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. And from 15 June to 15 September, from 8 am to 3 pm.
    • The requests made during the department's hours are dealt with on the same day the call is received, as long as the customer can be contacted at the telephone numbers provided, unless the customer wishes to be assisted at a later moment.

  4. IT support service

    The IT support service includes:

    • Immediate support, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via chat room and remote control from specialist technicians or by phone, including:
      • Help with the use of applications: Windows, Office, Internet, e-mail, antivirus.
      • Troubleshooting.
      • System administration and configuration.
    • Unlimited number of calls.
