IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA will exhibit at the 15th annual Barcelona Meeting Point real estate fair to be held at Fira de Barcelona from tomorrow until Friday, 21 October.

In the Professional section of this year's show, IBERDROLA's real estate subsidiary will present its most high profile developments for the services sector, Porta Firal (Barcelona).

Porta Firal, Barcelona.This project consists of four towers, three of which are 22-storey structures with a leasable area of 23,595m2 above ground level each, and a fourth which will have a leasable area of 20,325m2. The development has underground parking facilities already completed for more than 1,000 cars.

Located at the entrance to the new Fira de Barcelona fairgrounds, this new IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA initiative is being overseen by Tusquets, Díaz y Asociados, a prestigious Barcelona architecture firm that has worked with the company before to complete two office buildings in the city, the Torres Diagonal Litoral and the Hilton Diagonal Mar Hotel.

Construction is underway on the first tower, which is closest to Fira de Barcelona on the Gran Vía side, and should be completed by the end of 2012.

IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA offers a broad portfolio of products, ranging from primary residences to holiday homes, office buildings, industrial warehouses and shopping centres, and property support consulting and third-party property management.

The company currently owns rental property with more than 248,000m2 of gross leasable area.
