Ingelia:
Ingelia is a company dedicated to carrying out specific projects for energy generating systems harnessing renewable resources at closest reach, particularly biomass. They have developed the world’s first continuously operating industrial plant with hydrothermal carbonisation technology, a process which converts biomass by heat and pressure. Organic material is transformed into a product similar to lignite subjecting it to pressure in an aqueous suspension and then heating it to an elevated temperature.
Wattio:
The company Wattio develops, manufactures and sells a technological platform. With a view to providing homes and companies with innovative domotic services aimed at energy efficiency, comfort, safety and well-being, the Wattio System is secure, reliable and easy to use.
This system combines the benefits of Zigbee sensor networks with the power of online applications and usability of portable devices. Given that the system has been fully designed internally, technological flexibility is virtually limitless while costs are contained.
The Wattio System has been conceived to face the forthcoming challenges in the energy sector that our society is facing, such as intelligent power networks and the integration of electric cars.
Servitel / IPdomo® Energy Wi-Fi:
SERVITEL (*) is a company that develops systems based on Information and Communications Technologies for automation and control applications. The company is currently developing its own technology within the field of Energy Efficiency and Optimisation, namely the IPdomo® Energy Wi-Fi.
This system comprises tiny meters, sensors and intelligent actuators that are connected to the electrical installation and, through a wireless hook-up, sends and receives data to and from a central measure and control unit located next to the main power control panel. With an Internet connection, this central measure unit can share data with a web page integrated in a portal that allows users to monitor and view patterns in their consumption so that a policy of Energy Efficiency can be be adopted.
