Gloria, Hugo, Irene, Javi, Laura and Luis are the six disabled adolescents who play the lead in "Con una sonrisa”, a docu-reality released by Channel 2 on 19 April which depicts their first work experience in 13 instalments.
The programme, sponsored by IBERDROLA, and with the collaboration of the Down Syndrome Foundation of Madrid, shows the experiences of these boys and girls, from the training they receive on the various tasks carried out in a large luxury hotel to the personal relations established with other workers and customers of the hotel. They will also receive the visit of celebrities, who will contribute to make this experience even more unforgettable.
"Con una sonrisa” also has the participation of IBERDROLA Employees: in three of the episodes they accompany the main characters in a birdlife protection activity, a visit to the Prado Museum and the Environmental Volunteer Day held in the Madrid Autonomous Region.
Follow this initiative and share the most personal view of the programme on the official blog together with John Lomas, one of the team’s camera operators, who is disabled and is also hugely talented as a reporter.
