IBERDROLA, Official Sponsor of the Spain National Football Team

IBERDROLA became the Official Sponsor of the Spanish National Football Team in November 2009, for all the values that it represents as to perseverance, teamwork, future, leadership, coinciding with the values held by La Energía de la Roja. This support accompanied them in the most decisive moment in the history of the National Team, the 2010 World Cup Tournament in South Africa, where they took home the World Cup Trophy.

IBERDROLA’s solid commitment to the National Team, together with its fans and the meaning of this sport, is encompassed by the breadth of the company’s permanent support of sports, as demonstrated by the Company's support for the Desafío Español in the 32nd America's Cup held in Valencia in 2007, and the collaboration with the Spanish Paralympic Committee for the integration of athletes into the labour market and the support for paralympic sailing.

Esta gran apuesta de IBERDROLA con la Selección, con sus aficionados y con lo que este deporte significa, se engloba dentro de su apoyo permanente al deporte, como reflejan el patrocinio al Desafío Español en la 32ª America´s Cup celebrada en Valencia en 2007, y la colaboración con el Comité Paralímpico Español en la integración laboral de deportistas y en el apoyo a la vela paralímpica.
