Iberdrola puts at user’s disposal the Iberdrola Style Book [PDF], the Style Guide [PDF] and the Iberdrola-Brasil Style Book [PDF], three publications born with the fundamental purpose of achieving excellence when drawing up texts and documents, a practical and effective contribution for improving our capacity to transmit messages succinctly, simply and elegantly.

The Style Book was created attending to the latest modifications made by the Royal Spanish Academy, the manual includes numerous examples and content of vastly practical usefulness: acronyms used in the energy sector, spelling for numbers and place names, units of measure, currency, list of job titles, use of accents, abbreviations, rules for citing published documents in any format, etc.

The Style Guide is a continuation of the Style Book launched in November 2011. It’s a practical and effective contribution to improve the ability to transmit messages in a clear, simple and elegant way in English. The Style Guide has numerous examples and practical content applicable to the energy sector, this new guide also includes, as the Book of Style, information for the correct use of acronyms, place names, measurement units, currency, accents, abbreviations, job titles, numbers, paper and electronic documents, including a series of recommendations for the development of texts in English for Spanish speakers.
