This docu-reality, broadcast by Channel 2, depicts the employment integration of six young people with intellectual disability who throughout 13 episodes work as staff at a luxury hotel.

The experience is recounted by a camera operator who is also disabled and is supported by the Company, which shares with the main characters values such as hard work and the will to improve. Follow “Con una sonrisa” and you will find out that enthusiasm and training can face any challenge.
