Our activities must at all times be guided by ethical and responsible conduct.
IBERDROLA has the following instruments to ensure this conduct throughout the organisation:
- Corporate governance practices aligned with the most advanced recommendations in this area. These practices are detailed in the “Corporate Governance Reports”.
- The adoption of a “Code of Ethics of IBERDROLA, S.A. and its subsidiary Group [PDF]” which applies to all our professionals, irrespective of their position in the organisation and their place of work.
- The implementation of a procedure that guarantees the ethical behaviour of its management bodies: “Procedure for Conflicts of Interest and Operations Related to Members of the Board, Significant Shareholders and Top Management [PDF]”.
