IBERDROLA’s policy towards its  shareholders and the financial community is designed to forge a direct, personal and stable relationship over time, and is based on the vocation of permanent service, transparency, accuracy and reliability of the information supplied. Serving these groups is the responsibility of the Economic-Financial Department, which includes the Investor Relations Office, an organisation supported permanently by the Chairman of the Company. The managers of the various business and corporate areas also provide their support whenever needed.

Additionally, an interactive system has been set up entitled On-Line Shareholders (OLS) in order to allow shareholders to make enquiries either confidentially or openly before their fellow shareholders, with the option of addressing any of the committees of the Board of Directors, and of notifying the Compliance Unit of any conduct that may involve a failure to abide by the corporate governance system, through the Shareholder's Ethics Mailbox.
