IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA is taking part as an exhibitor in the second edition of the Granada Bargain Real Estate Fair, which is being held in a marquee on Paseo de Violón, on the esplanade of the city’s Congress Centre. The event, which runs from Thursday 2 June to Sunday 5 June, is organised by the newspaper Ideal de Granada.

The Fair will provide, in a single location, an opportunity to discover the residential properties offered by all the main property developers operating in the province of Granada.

Exhibitors will showcase their main new and second-hand residential products, offering significant discounts which are most welcome to buyers in times of recession.

As such, IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA will be exhibiting two residential developments in the town of Jun, in the province of Granada: Casería de San Jerónimo 2 and Residencial Las Caléndulas:

Casería de San Jerónimo 2: this is a development of two- and three-bedroom homes with communal gardens, swimming pool, solarium and children's play areas. Homes will be on offer at the Fair at a special price of €125,000 plus VAT, including garage and storage area.

Residencial Las Caléndulas: a development of semi-detached bioclimatic houses with gardens, garage and communal areas with a swimming pool. These houses will be on special offer during the Fair at €177,000 plus VAT, a significant discount on their previous price of €295,260 plus VAT.
