IBERDROLA Inmobiliaria has closed the sale of 2,218m2 of commercial space at no. 12 Calle del Gasómetro in Madrid to a private investor group. The space is part of a real estate development which the company built in the 1990s.
This building is currently under lease to French supermarket chain Carrefour Express and is located in the Madrid's Acacias neighbourhood in the historic Arganzuela district, near Puerta de Toledo and the Embajadores roundabout.
This transaction, in which the IBERDROLA subsidiary was advised by Óptima Real Estate's capital markets division, is aligned with the company's strategy to keep evergreening its rental property portfolio.
IBERDROLA Inmobiliaria offers a broad portfolio of products, ranging from primary residences to second homes, office buildings, industrial warehouses and shopping centres. The company currently owns rental property with more than 245,000m² of gross leasable area (GLA).
