IBERDROLA Inmobiliaria is both co-sponsor and exhibitor at Madrid’s 9th annual Real Estate Show, which opens tomorrow and closes on 2 June. The property development unit of the IBERDROLA utility is showing off its 19 current housing developments in Spain, including principal residences and holiday homes near beaches and golf courses.

The company, which also develops office buildings and industrial and commercial sites, posted net earnings of €110.3 million in 2006, up 14.8% for the year, on a turnover of €411.03 million

At the end of the year it had 1,292 housing units under construction and another 1,438 in the pipeline in developments located in every region of country. The company delivered 506 homes last year.
