IBERDROLA endeavours to implement a culture of continuous improvement for managing all of the Company's processes and activities through the highest quality standards. The goal is to enhance competitiveness and create value.

The alignment between the quality function and the company´s strategy is materialized through the Quality Policy, approved by the Board of Directors. The Global Quality Management System supervises this function throughout the Group and verifies the policy compliance in all organizations. Each management systems in the different businesses deals with specific goals and objectives.
