IBERDROLA’s policy towards its shareholders and the financial community is designed to forge a direct, personal and stable relationship over time, and is based on the vocation of permanent service, transparency, accuracy and reliability of the information supplied. Serving these groups is the responsibility of the Finance and Resources Department, which includes the Investor Relations Office, an organisation supported permanently by the Chairman of the Company. The managers of the various business and corporate areas also provide their support whenever needed.
The IBERDROLA Group provides efficient service and response to all those who have placed their trust in our Company through the Shareholders' Office, the Shareholders' Club and the Investor Relations department.
Additionally, an interactive system has been set up, On-Line Shareholders (OLS), in order to allow shareholders to make enquiries either confidentially or openly before their fellow shareholders, with the option of addressing any of the committees of the Board of Directors, and of notifying the Compliance Unit of any conduct that may involve a failure to abide by the corporate governance system, through the Shareholder's Ethics Mailbox.
The Company also offers the IBERDROLA Investor Relations app for iPad, iPhone and Android, through which users can access the presentation of results in real time, check the share price and performance, look up financial documentation, extra multimedia contents, dividends, calendar of events and more.
