The Company's certified environmental management systems make it possible to identify the legal requirements that apply to its activities and also to assess fulfilment of those requirements. Compliance reports are prepared in those cases where the management system is not yet fully implemented.
Every year, the Company's Sustainability Report provides complementary information on environmental legal proceedings brought against companies managed directly by IBERDROLA.
